Cummerbunds

The elegant cummerbund was first worn in India around 1850, as dining wear for British military personnel stationed there. Influenced by the Indian men who donned them around their waists, the British quickly began wearing them at formal dinners. Years later, when the tuxedo made its debut, the cummerbund became one of its staple accessories. Here, you can find our collection of cummerbunds, all designed by Robert Charles in Italy. Sporting a rose design in a variety of colors, our cummerbunds are made from the finest silk and make a handsome companion to any of our cufflinks.
