Wow! These are probably one of the most unique collection of designer cufflinks that Cufflinks Depot has been proud to showcase, the Tracey Mayer Collection. These Cinnabar Cuff links are quite exotic. These cufflinks have a strong Chinese influence. Cinnabar is a mineral which dates back to the Ming Dynasty, but is highly toxic. The Cinnabar of today is made from tree sap mixed with crushed resin. When a pigmented red lacquer is added, the original intoxicating red is masterfully reproduced by hand and finished with an Onyx fixed back. These cufflinks are encased in 950 sterling silver, which is 2.5 % higher in purity than 925 sterling silver. These Cinnabar cufflinks will make quite a unique gift for that special someone.
