By now, we all realize that we have to reduce, reuse, and recycle<\/a> if we want to keep our precious planet in the condition we inherited it. At our house, we try to embody the basics of a green lifestyle, and find that most of it is pretty easy. We take our lunches to work in reusable containers instead of using plastic bags and wraps that we\u2019d have to throw out in one use. We use cloth napkins, and bring grocery bags to the store. Indeed, a lot of what we do to be green ends up saving us money, which makes our gift-giving budget a little bigger. Even if our budget is flexible, we still try to be careful where we spend our money in that we try to make eco-conscious purchases.<\/p>\n

When you buy new items made from recycled materials, you encourage future recycling by sustaining the industry. Also, since quite a bit of innovation goes into using recycled materials in new items, they often make for very unique creations. At our store<\/a>, we have a huge selection of recycled pens and cufflinks<\/a> available, including some made from stamps<\/a> that I\u2019ve highlighted<\/a> before<\/a>. When my husband and I were talking about what to get his father for his birthday, I thought of these Shea Stadium Cufflinks<\/a>:
