For the HOLIDAY SEASON, our returns policy is extended to 14 days AFTER CHRISTMAS and 21 days AFTER CHRISTMAS for exchanges.
Cufflinks Depot offers a 14 day return policy. We offer our customers the ability to return items in original condition and packaging for a full refund with valid packing list. All of our orders are shipped with this important document and it contains detailed information about your order. After 14 days it is still possible to return merchandise for store credit. Sales past 21 days are considered final and are non-returnable.
Refunds will be issued to Cardholder’s account and may take up to 14 days to process. Shipping expenses back to Cufflinks Depot are not refundable and for your security, we suggest a reputable, trackable, and insurable shipping method is used (UPS, FedEX, DHL), as credits/refunds/exchanges are only possible when the items are received by Cufflinks Depot. Cufflinks Depot is not able provide refunds/exchanges for items lost during shipping back to our location.
We advise that all cufflinks are secured by the elastic bands during transport back, so that the cufflinks do not damage/ding each other during transit. Items not secured and sent loose within the original packing that cause damage to each other, cannot be returned or exchanged.
Each item shipped from Cufflinks Depot, has been inspected to make sure that the cuff links are secured within their elastic bands. There is no exception to our policy on this safe shipping procedure for your protection and ours.
As an exception to our refund policy, we are unable to entertain returns for 'personalized' and 'personalizable' merchandise,
unless there is clear errors made in personalization. This includes any custom or engraved items. However, if the error
has been made by Cufflinks Depot or our engraver, we will revert to our standard return policy. Due to the sensitive
nature of unengraved surfaces, we are not able to take returns back on personalized items that have not been engraved.
Additionally, if orders qualified for free shipping prior to returning items, but not after, the refund of returned items will reflect an outgoing shipping charge of $10.
International, special requests, large orders and wholesale orders cannot be returned or refunded.
Items damaged in transport, must be reported to Cufflinks Depot within 24 hours of receipt via telephone or email to email@example.com - please include your order or reference number.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
