My only reasoning for an overall 3 rating is because I paid for expedited shipping and received my product 2 days late due to FedEx delays. Since it was a gift I needed it on the day it was promised. I know this wasn't the fault of Cufflinks Depot, but it was unfortunate not to have it on the day of the event.

Customer service was extremely helpful. They emailed me regarding my engraving to make sure I understood how the initials will appear on the cufflinks. I'm so glad they did because I had no idea the middle initial is the last initial and the last name initial is the middle initial. I appreciate the clarification!
