Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Cufflinks Depot! We are happy to offer our customers the ability to return non-customized items* in their undamaged, original condition and packaging within 14 days for a full refund with valid packing list. All of our orders are shipped with this important document, which contains detailed information about your order. After 14 days, it is still possible to return merchandise for an exchange or store credit. Sales past 21 days are considered final and are not exchangeable.

Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment only, and may take up to 14 days to process. Shipping expenses are not refundable. For your security, we suggest a reputable, trackable, and insurable shipping method is used (UPS, FedEX, DHL), as credits/refunds/exchanges are only possible when the items are received, in their original condition, by Cufflinks Depot. Cufflinks Depot is not able to provide refunds/exchanges for items lost or damaged during shipping back to our location.

We advise that all items be secured carefully and individually during transport back, so that they are not damaged during transit. Items not secured properly can be damaged, making them ineligible for return or exchange. If there are straps on the box that the items came in, please make sure the cufflinks are securely strapped back into all of the elastic straps.

Each item shipped from Cufflinks Depot, has been inspected to make sure that the cuff links are secured, usually within elastic bands attached to the box.  There is no exception to our policy on this safe shipping procedure for your protection and ours.

*As an exception to our refund policy, we are unable to entertain returns for 'personalized', 'custom' and 'personalizable' merchandise, unless there are clear errors made in personalization. This includes any custom or engraved items. However, if the error has been made by Cufflinks Depot or our engraver, we will revert to our standard return policy.  Due to the sensitive nature of unengraved surfaces, we are not able to take returns back on personalized items that have not been engraved.

*Engravable items, custom items, international orders, special requests, large orders and wholesale orders cannot be returned or refunded.

Returned items originally shipped using a free shipping method or promotion will be subject to a $10 shipping charge.

Items damaged in transport must be reported to Cufflinks Depot within 24 hours of receipt via telephone or email to concierge@cufflinksdepot.com - please include your order or reference number.

Shipping charges are not refundable.
