shipping. For your convenience, order numbers can be used to track your shipments right at our homepage.
Cufflinks Depot offers FREE ground shipping on all orders totaling $100 or more (excluding taxes and shipping & handling charges) within the 48 Contiguous United States*. If returns are made that result in your purchase order total to fall below $100, your credit card will be billed $6 to cover the outgoing shipping charge.

We ship to international addresses outside of the United States. The following charges apply for shipping and handling. The customer is responsible for all related customs duties, document charges, or broker's fees when applicable. If these fee's are unpaid by the recipient, Cufflinks Depot reserves the right to forward these charges, plus an additional administrative fee of $25 on to the shippers credit card on file.
All International Shipments containing oversized items such as cufflink cases or other boxes are subject to additional charge based on product weight/dimensions and will be calculated upon checkout.

same business day if order is received by 11 AM EST for Ground Service to 9 AM EST for Express Shipments.
Cufflinks Depot is proud to feature 'in-house' engraving, allowing for a seamless process without delay
in shipping. Special requests and out of stock items may take up to 2 weeks to ship. To ensure the safe
delivery of your package, all deliveries must be made to a residential or business address. For Security
reasons, Cufflinks Depot does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in a delay of your order as well as re-routing fee's charged to your account. Refunds on refusal of shipments of orders placed, would be the total amount less shipping charges to and from Cufflinks Depot via FedEx (return portion via Overnight service). |
